well, for mini-dv I use the sony dcr-vx2000 and I love it.... the dcr-vx1000 is a good camera too. Or if you are familiar with canon already, the new GL2 is a good 3 chip mini-dv. I'd stay away from panasonic, stick with canon or sony. I've heard the panasonic cams don't last very long till they need some sort of repair.... Sorry I couldn't offer you input on your list, never used any of those cameras..
