Kuz, you're right, I'm sure that Dr Jonathan D. Sarfati, B.Sc. (Hons.), Ph.D., F.M. Creationist Physical Chemist and Spectroscopist is just a kook.
Every objection you have raised has been thoroughly treated and answered. It requires research that you are not willing to do. Research that would reveal to you what the true meaning of the Hebrew word for "kind" means in Genesis in reference to the species. Research that would reveal what species (from a non-evolutionary world view) existed at that time and actually boarded the ark. See, there are all manner of interesting revelations of truth... but, it requires research. Research that some are willing to do, but others don't care enough about.
See, that's the problem with the Secular Humanist/fundamentalist. They would prefer to make accusations based on lingering children's stories that they remember from youth and a western predisposition to see the supernatural as "superstition" rather than reading what a passage actually says in the original text/language/culture and then digging a little deeper to do an honesty study of the historical, geological evidence that is available.
