Hey dude, thats a fantastic link! thanks for that i'm definately going to try some of those out.
I love indian food, although my vindaloo isn't exactly authentic, I think its something i've adapted from something my sister adapted from a 'womans weekly' recipie.
I like chucking potoatoes in 'cause they soak up so much of the flavour, and they are cheap and filling :)
