    I have comcasts DVR Dual Tuner/HDTV recording and it doesnt need a phone line

    I wouldnt give up this setup for a tivo .... that setup for a tivo is 999 plus service fee. Comcast is 9.95 a month for box and dvr subscription.

    But it does say they are going to put Tivo software on teh current boxes.. so that is the only way I welcome Tivo..

    but if they try and raise prices or get rid of the dual tuner or HDTV etc with tivo.. I wont give up the current box.
