I work at an agency but it's more like being in-house because everything is done for two clients. i've been here 3.5 months. i hate it. it thought it would be more agency like. they lied to me! i'm making great money, but it's a complete bore. plus, this is the first time i've ever had a creative director as a boss and he sucks. Before this i was in-house packaging/product designer at peavey electronics. i loved the job but hated the location - mississippi. bluck. i stuck it out almost two years.
i gotta find something else soon before i go NUTS!
anyways, i figure in-house is not that bad if the work is cool and the company has it's shit together.
