  I've seen some US users have some funny disclaimers up when they share. Anygood?

  I get the impression that it's not so much downloading stuff, but allowing others to download from you that upsets these guys.

  Who knows. All I know is that it's not TOO difficult for an ISP to monitor the ports that SoulSeek, for example uses.
