  who is your ISP?
  try pinging the URL if that doesnt work try pinging the IP address which is 206.252.155.5

  if pinging the IP address works it is a DNS issue, could even be at your ISP try changing your DNS to 63.247.134.39 (just another DNS server)

  if that works you know it is your ISP and it could be fixed in 24-48 hours
