I was also only asking because I think it's a brilliant development. The architecture and design is top notch and it's brought a slummy area of London into the 2000's

as someone who lived in one of the slummy areas you mention nic while the Urban regeneration went on I'll say I have to disagree.
It's no better now than it was then, different problems, different reasons but no soul and no community.
But a lot more shiney buildings.
