That's not stupid konspiracy.
That's a fucken healthy idea. Ah'm fed up o' the place looken like a fucken tip,
What is stupid is the "Edinburgh is not an ashtray" campaign... that underlines how bad it is to drop fag ends but makes no comment about wrappers, fast food containers etc etc... fucken nonsense. Fine any fucker caught littering £500 - if they can't / won't pay then they have to spend two weeks picking up litter in town.
