I recently purchased a Panasonic AG-DVX100A to replace my old Canon XL1. I love it.
It was recommend to me by all the cameramen at my work. Its a 3CCD camera but records at 24P (like film) rather than dropframe like most DV cams. The 3:2 pulldown is handled in camera during conversion, and produces really amazing shots compared to any of the other high-end DV cams I have worked with.
