As far as design goes, I'm really not digging it. It feels too much like a powerpoint presentation. I click and then I stare while lines move and the next navigation fills the screen. The type treatment is not that great...many times I have a hard time reading it. The design seems very dependent on the large photos in the background. Take those out and you're left with almost nothing.
