2cents, I'll take some pictures of my town sometime to give you an idea of what I'm dealing with. I think there are 2 buses in this town, maybe 3 taxis, and very dodgy sidewalks in only parts of the city. Then you have traffic all over. It's just not a public transport or pedestrian kinda state, even in Indianapolis.
