I am just starting to learn to cook. I'm ok at it...I have a few cookbooks and a nice saucier my mom bought me.
i'm still a recipe guy, but i want to get to the point where i can be like "oh yea, ill just take some eggs and a chicken and maybe some lemon and pepper and viola i've got the greatest dinner ever assembled", iron chef style.
