My passion for cook is partly from my dad, who is an awesome cook. Also the big factor was the lack of decent south asian food in america. The tomato soup + cream that gets passed for indian food here should be illegal.
So in college i had enough and started to cook and experiment in the kitchen. Besides its a good de-stresser and as i said i get to engage all my senses. :)
