THey have a cancellation form on their site I used in January.
The guy says I'm on a year plan. I signed up for a monthly plan and got charged once a month.
He can't ptovide me TOS or proof that I agreed to a yearly contract.
PISSES me off. ANother $25 out the window to this jackass.
