im not anti windows, personally, i'm anti microsoft. windows XP is a nice operating system, better than linux in many respects, and thats why i keep it on my HD. However, there's a few reasons why i boot into linux more and more, unstable and rough around the edges as it is. Aside from the main reason, which is that im a nerd and i love customizing everything down to my own UI theme, it's the fact that it's possible to do that in the first place. Also, using linux I feel like I'm a part of a project. My bugreports/bugfixes help make the system better and I am listened to, no matter how small a user I am. A small reason, of course is that it's also free and I dont have to worry about breaking the law because I cant afford to pay hundreds of dollars for software.
