why would u want a small titlebar especially using cleartype, the font size will move up to 10 now its 8 and the title bar is bigger i like that especially in the longhorn IE prevents people using titlebar as location title or long titles. anyway longhorn isn;t meant for people using 800x600 its moving on... your hardware wont support it. and the deafualt res will be bigger...
