btw, long beach has a great arts village. its a beautiful city if you live by the ocean or belmont shore. long beach does have its ghetto areas though.
most of the rentals in the newspaper link that i sent you are in good areas. if you want, tell me which ones you are interested in and i'll tell you how the area is.
