fear not..development dan is here!
I assume you want to dl the source code of the page. You can do this by going to File-->Save As..
The Save Prompt will open and you'll notice a drop-down menu near the bottom that is labeled "format: " and most likely it has "Web Archive" selected.
Click on the drop-down and select HTML Source.
Now save and you should be able to drag that file to Dreamweaver and open it right up.
