you obviously havent been to ely.
Even the stray dogs hang around in gangs on street corners and mug old grannies and young kids of their sweets. My mum still lives there and she insists on leaving her car totally unlocked as this deturrs car theives for some reason. Alo last year there were seven driveby shootings in her street alone...Carnage
