sorry, butch gay is probably way off - it's more like an older uncle who used to go raving but now can't be arsed so listens to watered down versions of what would have been hard techno-y tracks but it suits him now cause it's a bit more chilled, he'll have a close crop haircut, neutral coloured clothes, glasses and maybe had an experience while he was on a few Es 'back in the day' - he'll be slightly built and have a few gay friends from his wilder days but now has a kid so doesn't get out as much as he used to while his gay friends still hammer the coke and Es every weekend and are turning into embarrising older queens, kind of gay. In an english kind of way, not your shiney american style of way...
