anyway, BZZZP, i too was looking at EV as one of many possibilities, but your description's scared me a little thanks to my hipster-phobia (jk).
care to divulge any more district based stereotypes? i'm coming up in 2 weeks so, a quick run down of the areas might save me a walk in that direction.
also, there seem to be quite a few NTers making the move to NY in the next few months. i think a NYC transplant get together will definitely be in order to share experiences, etc.
