you like how they sneeked it in tho right, it's kinda half buried behind other shit...
i think it's a um eckerd? one of those pharms... if that's tthe one you mean.
BUT... weenieburg has never been a "great nyc neighbourhood" ... it was a nasty fucking slum that had cheep rent, so artsy people moved in little by little... then some developers who understand the cycle set up a coupla hub buildings of cleaned up lofts....
now it's a slightly less dangerous, but nastier, slum full of kids who are taking a masters in theoretical classical guitar therapy aroma at NYU.
oh, and a couple of stores. oh i forgot, there is somehow a difference between small op greed and large op greed.
