You decided to guide the user's eye with the animation starting from the left. When this happens people tend to subconciously ignore whats happening on the right side .:. You should either move the COMPANY subnav to the left side, or you should allow the user to navigate within the section without having to go back to the main nav.PRODUCTS
Adjust the hard white lines around the product names and make them probably 60% transparancy. Just to make it a little easier on the eyes.The navigation in this section, bottom right, does not present and direct corillation between itself and the main nav. I didn't even notice that the rollovers were in sync. That's probably because they are too far apart for my eye to travel, so I would just think about that one.
Lastly, the subnav titles for the next two sections, PROJECTS, & TECHNICAL, all have the same drop down menu, which means you can actually remove the redundancies and force the user to access that information through the products section
