But be balanced in what you eat... alternate between cardio and resistance training. If you're doing resistance training - you only need to do 30 mins a day 4-5 days a week. But you need the cardio - just be careful on your knees... use eliptical machines or just walk. Do the cardio 3-4 times a week for 20-30 mins.
Eat all day long. About 6 meals a day. Just smaller portions--- and balance yourself between carbs and protein.
DRINK LOTS OF WATER TOO!
... just check that site - Bill Phillips is the man --- I don't care if he's overdone in the public --- his plan works. It's not a gimmick because there's no pills etc. It's all about diet and exercise. He does tend to push his own supplements (protein etc.)...
... he has fantastic products though.
