"what's with this low carb diet thing?? sounds like a trend..."
i wish i could find the study that proved this, but they put all these different people on different diets (low cal, low carb, low fat)... and 90% of the ppl on the low carb diet lost weight and the rest was like 10% success with their plans.
you can lose weight by doing low carb, but if you really want to tone up, you need to do the cardio. plus it's just good for you anyway... and i CANNOT stress enough how good you will feel after doing this for a week or two. you'll start to understand all those health nuts with the 24 hr. gym memberships.
