If you find a solution please let me know. I can fall asleep just fine at night, usually because I stay up too late.
But been trying to take naps here and there on the weekend because I'm tired, but can't fall asleep because I lay there and think too much. Song lyrics, instrumentals, and hearing way too much that I'm afraid I'll forget or would never be able get it out.
I NEVER think that way about my job, thankfully I've always been able to leave that there when I go home.
