definitely depends on what it is.
I know lots of people who will eat anything on the floor, and lots of people who won't touch anything that's fallen on the floor.
As for me, I generally follow the 5 second rule, depending on what the food is. I know the 5 second rule doesn't make much sense, but I follow it anyway.
