LOL Kona.
Funny story about that flag. When I moved here in 2001, I was in a Starbucks during winter, just reading and having some coffee (okay, a latte) and two cops were in there. As they were leaving I motioned to the female officer, pointed to the sleeve of her jacket and said, "What is that flag?"
She told me it was the city flag and I just replied with, "Oh. I haven't been in town that long and barely leave my house. Thanks."
