    boxing is excellent cardio, teaches great hand eye coordination plus you'll learn to wup ass if needed. once you get used to sparring it's really fun. you'll get in the best shape of your life.

    one thing to keep in mind though, where I train we spar at medium speed or high speed but try and stop short of ripping the guys head off. light contact is key to learn how to control your punches. Plus you won't walk out a retard after a few months of training...
