I think the White Stripes are a great band, unfortunately they get a bad rep because people judge them based on the two or three songs they hear on the radio or on tv. Dive alittle deeper and actually look at some of the music, especially their older stuff off of The White Stripes or De Stijl, they have some really great blues songs. Plus, given the music industry today I think any band that can make listeners dig a Son House song deserve some props.
