I don't really get it, but I guess the promoters of the event felt that it would be a cool exhibition before the tourney actually started. Dubai looks pretty cool and I've heard tons of stories about it; mostly that the women there are unbelievable... of course the unbelieveable ones are the hookers, but I guess you can "buy" buy one for the day for like $60.
That's what I heard from 2 different military guys.
