Actually, let me rephrase that.
I am looking for an aplication similar to what DW does compared to NotePad. you can create webpages with both but there are some adventages to using DW. anyways not going into detail....

Respondand if it is free much better. If not anything that doesnt go over 200$ since it is only for experimental reasons.Thx!
