probably setting myself up for a snipe here but ...
.... i dont read and didnt know who he was before it was on the news that he was dead and im not going to pretend i know anything about him or pretend to have read his work or books.
"fear and loathing.." the film was a laugh - i do know that.
One of his mates was being interviewed on the news last night and he said everyone that knew him knew HOW he was going to die, but they didnt know WHEN.
It is a bit of a shitter doing that to his wife though. He maybe shoulda waited 'till she went first.At least he stuck to his word though.
