I'll tell you what dude, first and foremost you are lucky to be alive, the chances that you are even born are slim. Secondly, go and visit a 3rd world/developing country for a while and the come back and say you are depressed. It will help you, I am serious, takes away all your depression immediately and makes you realize how really LUCKY you are.
