if youre on pc sometimes explorer causes this poblem
with the app in ? still open launch the windows task manager with ctrl alt del and force quit explorer under processes then switch to applications and click new task and restart explorer
then try to save again
this always works for me
explorer causes 99% of all windows problem from what ive found
