Yeah, it's all about OnDemand.
It's funny that this came up, because a friend of mine was talking about this and how she was pissed when she asked about how the whole "no late fees" thing worked and they explained it to her. I told her that it was false advertising. What Blockbuster should have done is include and insert that desccribe the new rental process with your movie rental once the new policy went into effect. It would have been a simple process. Also, they should have posted the new procedure in a conspicuous area once you walk into the store.
I hope they lose their case.
