I purchased my 3 series brand new in March 2002 and have never had a single problem with it, all service trips were paid for, including replacing the brake pads and oil changes. They always detail the car before returning it. I have spent $0 on maintenance. They are solidly designed cars and have excellent customer service. It has also held it's value according to KBB.
Buying this car was the best dumbass decision I have ever made.
