civil appeals case. got stuck on it for a week (missed the fucking pats parade! heard it in the courtroom too, which sucked). ended up deciding on the same thing as before though i was the one juror holding out cos i didnt believe the bitch deserved the cash but it didnt matter because only majority was needed, not unanimous.
