I was an honorary Pike. When I got done playing ball, all my other friends in that were seniors either graduated or dropped out of college. I had a year left to get my BFA so I worked with the coaching staff to keep my scholarship alive for another smester. I couldn't hang out with the younger kids on the team that I played ball with for the prior 2 years because I was a coach, so I had to find new friends. After hanging out at the local bar by muyself for a couple of weeks, I became friends with the local Pi Kaps and went from there. They were some cool cats. When I played ball, the frats and ball players never got along. There was only one guy who was on the football team that was in a frat when I was a jr.
