Buy that stuff you can put on your nails taht tastes really nasty. I don't know what it's called, but it's supposed to help. I chewed on my nails for years, then one day my senior year in high school I just stopped, cold turkey. It is a pretty disgusting habit, with all the germs that transfer to and from your mouth and hands.
