Another good choice for a low-to low mid traffic site is cutenews from cutephp.com. It works off a flat file database (no MySQL or other), has great functionality for what it is, is real easy to adapt and modify to any design - it's open source and has a good community of users, plugins, mods, etc.

But is all PHP driven - and having a flat file database would be nsane to use on a high traffic website. But it's worth checking out
