yeh man the same thing happend with me, except it was AMEX.
i delivered a website to this bastard and he sent in a charge back so they took the cash straight out of my account. there is waaaay too much paperwork to be done to get the issue settled. actually the buyer has more rights in these types of transactions. its terrible, i only accept hard cash and certified funds now.
fight the credit system.
sorry bro... its a long road ahead to get your money back. the laptop is long gone i am sure.
