ghetto???? hahahahahah......nah man bay ridge is one of the nicest neighborhoods in all fhe city....
I think there is a transformer problem.....I took out the car .......and there were wires down..... its very old wiring around here and they have been trying to change them for years......
I dunno but it aint making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside that the thing keeps making my HD act funny
