happened to me as well my friend... not a nice feeling to get so blatantly bit. at least your biter changed the colour and added his shit logo.
my biter just swapped out my shots for his and changed my name to his... and of course left my reinvigorate code on it so i found him in like... 5 seconds.
send a letter to him and let him know that you know he stole your code and tell him that you are gonna post him on all the biter website forums. he'll get hits but for the wrong reasons.
and lastly, have some of your peeps send him emails letting him know that the world knows he's a biter. not the best way to get known within the design community.
