If this really happens, never look back. Be an asshole, don't be a "friend". Meet her a few months later. This will either keep you fucked up or give you a surprising dose of calmness. Then meet her again, a year later.
However, this is just a piece of free advice, and since you paid nothing, don't expect it to be perfect. This worked for me, but I'v seen people stay in some kind of relationship after they break up to good efect, they're some kind of cousins after that.
I couldn't do that, it's either all or nothing.
