Perfect timing for a thread like this. :)
Yesterday was my 24th birthday. After all day of thinking my boyfriend & friends didn't take time to do anything for me, feeling pitiful, to my surprise they had a special birthday treat waiting for me after cooking me the best Italian dinner ever. My boyfriend put together this whole pirate-themed party (drew me a treasure map to find my presents, made me wear an eye-patch, drew a curly mustache on my face, had a treasure chest cake, etc.).
Oh my god, it was so awesome. No one's ever done anything so sweet & thoughtful for my birthday... except my mum. :)
