cheers vespa, fingers crossed it's all going to go through. Just got the worry about timing our rental contract right with moving, it all could be a little bit tight.
On a plus note it looks like we will be able to bundle all travelling debts with the mortgage and still save about 600 quid a month on rent and bills! I am well chuffed and have already spent the extra cash!!
