  yeah, general tips.

  - avoid gradients, alpha`s, dynamic text boxes.

  - Use var to declare variables

  - avoid onEnterframe at all costs.

  - Remove movieclips that are not onscreen

  - Group MC's where possible

  I got my movie down from using 60%-65% of the cpu to 4%
