i once freelanced for another "design" office, which was actually an account manager with no sense of design...
I was about to do a few brochures for some really wellknown/respected companies, and asked him if he could deliver me the photographs... he stared at me as if I asked the dumbest question ever...then I stumbled....and then asked..'Yes, like photographs delivered by a client or bought from a stock agency"...he then said: 'I got many books from agencies (samples!!) you can scan and on the web the best source is always Google'.
he even instructed me to remove watermarks by endless retouching work. what an ass....
after I found out what he was prepared to pay me I ditched the fucker. (you don't wanna know).
